Established 1909 Sic Parvis Magna “Great things from small beginnings” Welcome to the website of the Old Esthameians Football Club, one of the most successful clubs playing in the Southern Amateur League. We celebrated our Centenary during the 2008/09 season and held a number of events to mark this momentous occasion. Please follow the Centenary link on the left for reports and photos. Old E’s currently run 4 senior men’s teams. Originally based at Langdon School (previously East Ham Grammar) in East Ham the club has now partnered with East London Rugby Club and are based at Memorial Recreation Ground in Stratford. East London Rugby Club: (www.elrfc.org.uk) Holland Road, Stratford, E15 3BP Memorial Recreation Ground: Memorial Avenue, Stratford, E15 3BT Old E’s provides competitive opportunities to play at various levels and prides itself on producing sides that play good attractive football. However it’s not just about the football! Old E’s has a strong social ethic and as well as the weekly post match discussions a number of social events are organised throughout the season. |
